“Youth Co: Lab Nepal 3.0: Inclusive Entrepreneurship for Youth”
Place : Hotel Yak and Yeti, Kathmandu
Date : 28 – 29 August 2019

National Dialogue on Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (also called The Youth Co: Lab) is a regional initiative implemented in several countries across the Asia-Pacific region. It aims to empower young people to lead social change in their communities and accelerate the implementation of the SDGs through social innovation and entrepreneurship. This is the second year that UNDP along with AYON, 2030 Youth Force Nepal and National Youth Council are organizing Youth Co:Lab. This National Dialogue allows the young leaders to come together in the same platform and know more about the existing ecosystem of entrepreneurship in Nepal and have an opportunity to garner knowledge on innovative ideas through which social enterprises can be fostered in the community which will ultimately help in the implementation and achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This dialogue gives opportunities to the successful young entrepreneurs and those with startups to demonstrate their services and products of their existing social ventures.

Adopted in September 2015 by 193 UN Members, the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development is the international community’s ambitious response to today’s most pressing global development challenges and will guide our development priorities for an entire generation. Young people are responding to the challenges of the day with innovative approaches, contributing fresh ideas, creating the world they want, and driving human development for themselves, their communities and their societies.
