Devraj Bharadwaj is the President of Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON). He holds a Masters Degree from Tribhuvan University. Mr. Bharadwaj is also the founder president of the Society of Environmentally Alert Manpower (SEAM), a non-profit, non-political organization empowering youths for sustainable development. “Plastic Free Ilam” was a campaign launched in his initiative which has helped his hometown, Ilam be renowned as the ‘Green City’. He also serves as a member for Micro Enterprise Development Programmer (MEDEP) which works to improve the livelihood of the poor and excluded communities by creating various income generating opportunities through skill development trainings and also supports the targeted people to establish small scale business enterprises and promotes youth entrepreneurship. He is also a keen advocate for youth friendly policies and programs, such as youth responsive budget, formation of National Youth Council, implementation of the National Youth policy, Employment policy etc in Nepal. Aja Bahdur Shahi, is the Vice-President of Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON).He was also one of the members of executive board of AYON from 2010-2012. He is 30 years of age and hails from mid- western part of Nepal, permanent resident of Pina – 2, Mugu, Karnali. Known as hard working and dynamic development worker and youth leader, he bears special interest in overall aspects of developmental activities, humanitarian assistance, training and research. Mr. Shahi also serves as the president for Center for Karnali Rural Promote and Society Development (CDS-PARK), Mugu. He has a keen interest to work for development and betterment of livelihood of marginalized nepali people. Mr. Shahi is pursuing his Masters degree in Rural Development from Tribhuwnan University.

Tilottam Paudel is the General Secretary of AYON and served as an executive member of AYON from 2010-2012. Mr. Paudel has almost a decade of experience in the field of Human Rights, Child Rights, Conflict, Natural Disaster and Youth issues. He serves as an advisor of Human Right Education Club Nepal National Committee and President of Jagriti Child and Youth Concern Nepal (JCYCN).He is also the Chair person of Community Managed Disaster Risk Reduction (CMDRR) Forum Nepal and coordinator of Youth Partnership Program under Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS). Mr. Paudel has played a significant role in establishing child participation movement in Nepal. Jaya Ram Nepali is an enthusiastic and dedicated development professional, a leading youth activist, co-founder and General Secretary of Nepal Youth Forum (NYF), and a delegate at the 5th World Youth Congress, Istanbul, Turkey, In addition, he is also a Certified Active Global Citizen- recognized by British Council and Volunteer Service Overseas, Alumni of Global Xchange, UK & Oikos Model WTO, Switzerland. He has almost a decade of work experience in development sector with many professional organization including British Council, Volunteer Service Overseas, USAID Nepal, Pathway to Independence, UK and SOS Kavre.
Jaya has Bachelors degree on social science and is currently pursuing Masters on sociology in Tribhuvan University. Jaya represented Nepal in several international forums for his greater social exposure. He is very keen in youth and development issues who take proactive and logical approach to solve various challenges and has a very good understanding on Nepal’s political, economic and socio-cultural issues. Nabina Maharjan is the Treasurer of AYON and is pursuing her Masters in Rural Development. Currently she is also involved with Female Leadership Forum under AYON which comprises of leading females working the social and entrepreneurial sector. The forum works for the leadership grooming of young female leaders and is responsible for the capacity building of female members of AYON member organizations and other networks too. She is also serving as the President of SOCH Youth. Her expertise lies in the area of finance, management and social sector.

Krita Bhattarai is one of the executive members of AYON. Now 23, she has profound experience of conducting research on reproductive health and youth issues. She has experiences in coordinating several youth related campaigns and events with good.
She is working closely on issues concerning formulation and implementation of Youth Information Centre’s strategies and guidelines with Ministry of Youth and Sports along with other concerned partners. She is a graduate in Bachelors in Development Studies, Kathmandu University. Currently she is also the coordinator of AYON youth under 25 and Female Leadership Forum. She started her journey as youth activist from YATRA, one of our founding member organizations based in Lalitpur.

Amrit Pokharel is young, dynamic and passionate to carve a niche in Social Sector. He has several years of experience in social organizations and coordinating, managing and implementing various projects based in western development region where his hometown is. Hari Devkota is an executive member of AYON. He has Master’s Degree in Rural Development and Political Science with long experience in transitional justice, human rights and peace building programmer in Nepal.
