PROGRAM – Operation Office

– Executive Director
Pratap Adhikari

Mr. Adhikari has been working with AYON as an Executive Director since April 2022. Previously he has worked with AYON as National Program Coordinator and Program Manager during 2015-2017.
He holds a Master’s degree in Anthropology and Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Tribhuvan University. He has more than 15 years of professional and leadership experience in the development sector mainly in youth issues, education, women empowerment, and the environment.
Mr. Adhikari has expertise in project development and management. He has also been engaged in various research and consulting activities.

Kewal Shrestha

Mr. Shrestha Has been working with AYON as a Project Manger from Sept 2020. He has been looking after the PRAYAS project with AYON.

Ashmita Thapa

Ms. Thapa Has been working as as a Senior Program Officer with AYON from March 2019. She has completed her master’s degree in Sociology from Tribhuvan University. She has experience in project management, including financial management, program design, and M&E. She is currently looking at IFES Nepal and UNFPA projects. Apart from that, Ashmita enjoys traveling and photography.

Mr. Timalsina Has been working with AYON as an Admin & Finance Officer from Sept 2021. He has been looking after the PRAYAS project with AYON.

Ms. Mahat Has been working as Finance Officer with AYON from November 2019. She is looking after the IFES project in AYON.

Jageshwor Yadav

Mr. Yadav Has been working as Project coordinator of PRAYAS project with AYON from November 2019.

Chandrakant Paneru

Mr. Paneru is originally from Dhangadhi, Kailali ,Sudurpaschim Province with master degree in Business Studies from Tribhuwan University. He has the extensive knowledge of accounting, Finance and project management. Currently working at AYON as a Focal person of “Youth for Good Governance” project in Kailali District. He loves visiting new places and making new friends.

Thaneshwor Adhikari

Mr. Adhikari has completed his Bachelor degree with a major  Health  from Tribhuvan University and with the experience in  different Governmental Institution in Lumbini province. he is also acting as a province Head of Aam Nepali TV , Executive Director of Radio Maya devi and also Executive Editor of Lumbini Darpan Weely.

Mr Adhikari is working at AYON as a Focal person of “Youth for Good Governance” project in Kapilvastu District of Vice President and alongside that, He has been working in the development sector for 15 years.

Rajan Verma

Mr. Verma has completed his MA in Sociology from India. With working experience in social field since 2070 BS Mr. Verma also act as Chairperson at District Peace and Harmony Committee Banke and Founder Secretary – District Youth Club Network (DYCN) Banke.

After his extensive working experience he started working with AYON as a District project officer in 2018 and now he has been working as a district focal person for “Youth for Good Governance” project with main responsibilities of Coordination with local Government, youth and Election office, Program Management, facilitation, reporting and documentation.

Hari Devkota

Mr. Devkota also has experience working as a executive board member in AYON beside that he has been actively working as a  “Youth for Good Governance” project focal person in Gorkha district.
