Call for Quotation for Lyric Writer for Song Competition in Voters Education
Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) requests quotation along with the required documents for the qualified individual/company or the preparation of Lyric for the song competition in the theme Voter Education.
- Project Description
The consultant will compose a lyric on voter education by the end given the deadline; the lyric should not be more than one minute. The consultant should compose lyrics on different themes such as let’s go and Vote and Voters Education. The consultant will work with AYON’s project manager to review final draft edits.
- Objective
The main objective of this task is to prepare a song on voter education and conduct a Tiktok competition for upcoming Local Level Election.
- Deliverable
The final copy has to be submitted by 18th of February, 2022
- Consultant Specifications
- At least 5 years of experience in composing lyrics on various.
- Proven track record of composing videos for social cause.
- Supervision Arrangements
The consultant) s) will closely work with the Project Manager of AYON.
- Proposal Submission
To submit your proposal, kindly send letter of interest, previous works, quotation. Submission should be done electronically prior to 11:59 PM NST on 18, February 2022 under the subject “Quotation for Lyric Composer” to the official E-mail address of Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON): ayon@ayon.org or it2@ayon.org along with the resume/CV and letter of interest disclosing price rate.
- Proposal Review/ Scoring Criteria
The received proposals will be assessed based on the criteria mentioned below
- Background/relevant experience – 40%
- CV/Resume – 20%
- Budget – 40%
Total = 100%
- Selection Committee
The procurement committee of AYON will be assigned for the selection.
