‘Informed Youth: Increased Accountability’ – Sudurpaschim Chapter

Aiming to increase youth participation in policy formulation at the provincial and local level, AYON with the support of UNDP Nepal has started ‘Aware youth: Increased Accountability’ project by completing its 1st Youth Fellow Training in Sudurpaschim.

Through this project, 30 youths; inclusive of various age, district, gender and disability from Sudurpaschim province were sensitized about the parliamentary and law-making processes at the provincial and local level. These informed change-makers will represent the voices of the youth and create an environment of participatory dialogue and help to create accountable parliaments.

We are now heading for Karnali Province next week for training the youths in Karnali. Together, we will create a future that is shaped by our aspirations. Hey Yuwa, Jai Yuwa!
