Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) with the support of Right Here Right Now- Nepal (RHRN) hosted a 2 – day workshop on Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning in Godawari, Lalitpur.
The 2-days workshop focused on how to track progress, success, failure, and learning in an organization and how to conduct a meaningful monitoring and unbiased evaluation.
Mr. Jeevan Raj Lohani, Mr. Kamal Gautam, National Coordinator at RHRN, Ms. Sanskriti Shrestha, PMEL Officer at RHRN and Ms. Inge from Rutgers and Ms. Sushmita Shrestha from Ayon Nepal were the amazing facilitators who played a crucial role to make the workshop more impactful.
The participants learned about monitoring the project progress, Theory of Change, building case studies and writing a refine report etc. during the workshop.
