International Youth Day 2016

Since its establishment in 2005, AYON has been celebrating International Youth Day (IYD). Following the same and realizing the need of youth leadership in the rebuilding process, we are now celebrating IYD away from the core city at at Bungamati, Lalitpur — one of the most earthquake-affected heritage settlement in the outskirts of the valley.

We cordially invite you at the celebration of International Youth Day (IYD) 2016 at Bungamati, Lalitpur on 13 August 2016 (Saturday), i.e. 29 Shrawan 2073 BS. The program starts from 12:30 pm and ends at 4:00 pm.

The main highlights of the program are — heritage tour, musical concert, youth talk, cultural shows and exhibitions. This program has been organized in collaboration with Ministry of Youth and Sports (MoYS) – Government of Nepal, National Youth Council (under MoYS), National SDG Youth Alliance and Bouddha Bikash Parishad, Bungamati.
