Program review workshop of the My Rights My Voice project has been conducted at Green Valley Resort, Dadagaon, Shivapuri from September 12-14. The program review workshop was intended to explore an interaction between the project members with other stakeholders of the project.

My Rights My Voice is a global program of Oxfam regulated in eight countries where AYON acts as national level implementing partner in Nepal. The project has been working since May 2012 for three years under the marginalised children and youth to ensure right to health and education.

The review workshop was focused on reviewing the progress, implementation strategies, status of the project and about issues and challenges of the project. The project coordinator, Sabita Purkoti provided the project updates, ongoing plans and activities and highlighted on the upcoming plan of actions. The review workshop also opened discourse as project management committee coordinator, Rupa Upreti brief project description, project status, mid level project analysis, challenges and barriers of the program among other stake holders inviting for a constructive dialogue and suggestion.

Two day residential workshop has provided AYON to reflect on the MRMV project along with the time and space for the annual planning where the board members, staffs, project management committee members and project coordinators showed their active participation in the program. The workshop has been able to find more avenues to link the project with other activities and other projects. It also opened the probable connection to widen the horizon of the project to connect with other local partners.

Review workshop has been able to assess the program outcomes and has been able to explore interaction among the stake holders, the sessions concluded with the constructive feedback, success assessment and framework for the plan of actions.

Brabim Kumar K.C. concluded the workshop as the success as it led for the outcome of the widened discourse of the project among the members of the organization which led for the smooth functioning and understanding o the project in days to come. It added fuel in implementing the project for the successful outcome, he further added.
